The Rooted & Rising Blueprint is a 10 week mentorship and professional development experience designed to help rising professionals build the skills, confidence, relationships, and direction needed to move their careers forward.
Participants learn alongside industry professionals while receiving mentorship, practical career guidance, and hands-on exposure to technology and cybersecurity. The experience also introduces essential areas of professional growth, including career readiness, financial wellness, and leadership.
Mentorship
Each participant may be paired with a professional mentor who provides guidance, perspective, and accountability throughout the program.

Explore cybersecurity concepts, career pathways, and opportunities within the broader technology industry.
Career Readiness
Strengthen professional branding, networking, career planning, and the tools needed to navigate today’s workforce.

Participants begin by establishing goals and exploring key areas of professional development, deepen their knowledge through expert-led sessions and mentorship, and finish by creating a personalized Rooted & Rising Blueprint—a practical plan for their next steps.
The experience concludes with the Rooted & Rising Blueprint Showcase, where participants share their plans, celebrate their growth, and transition into the Rooted & Rising alumni community.
